Who we are

HeroGapped Barber Studio, Unit 2, 74 London Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 1DD (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for any personal data handled through this website. Contact: 07985 210787.

What this website collects

Very little, by design:

• No accounts, no contact forms, and no marketing lists.
• No analytics or tracking scripts, and no cookies set by us.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses transiently in server logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Booking an appointment

Bookings happen on Fresha, a third-party platform, in a new tab. Any details you enter there (name, contact details, appointment history) are processed by Fresha under its own privacy policy, published on fresha.com, and shared with us so we can provide your appointment.

Embedded content

• The “Find us” map is loaded from Google Maps only after you choose to load it. When you do, Google may process your IP address and set cookies under Google’s own privacy policy.
• Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google open those services, which apply their own policies. If a live Instagram feed is enabled, its images are served from our feed provider’s content network.

Calling us

If you call 07985 210787 we use your number only to handle your enquiry or appointment. We do not add callers to any marketing list.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes we will update this page and its “last updated” date.
